Day Money Back Guarantee on your purchase for customers who buy direct from us. At O2 Innovations®, no purchase is complete until you are satisfied. If, for any reason, you decide not to keep your O2-B® Personal Oxygen Bar, you may return it to us within thirty (30) days of the ship date for a refund of the full purchase price minus shipping and handling fees. Items that have been worn, damaged and/or altered will not be refunded or exchanged. Please call (570) 655-3700, 9:00 am to 5:00 pm Monday through Friday EST for a Return Merchandise Authorization number (RMA), shipping address and instructions. Please include proper documentation (original sales receipt) and return the unit, with ALL accessories, in its original box for a full refund of the purchase price (shipping, insurance and handling charges are not refundable.) Returns will not be accepted without original packaging. The RMA number must be clearly marked on the outside of the box.
