4. The reason for the return. Is the item defective or damaged? Was the wrong item shipped?
5. The condition of the item: opened or unopened.
Q: How long will it take for delivery?
A: Approximately 5 to 7 business days in the continental United States, if you order directly from O2 Innovations. Please call for shipping quotes for international orders and orders outside the continental U.S.

A: We accept American Express, VISA, MasterCard and Discover. We can also accept personal checks for mail-in orders. Personal checks are held until cleared.
