Trouble Shooting

Your O2-B® Personal Oxygen Bar contains no user-serviceable parts. If you believe your unit is not working properly, BEFORE YOU RETURN IT TO THE DEALER WHERE YOU PURCHASED IT OR TO O2 Innovations®, please take a few moments to check for these possible causes:

PROBLEM:
Unit does not turn on.

SOLUTION:
1. Check power sources and connections.
2. Check that your wall outlet is live.
3. Check that power cord is not damaged.
If none of the above:
4. Contact O2 Innovations® to check the internal power cables.

PROBLEM:
Motor runs, but no oxygen is emitted.

SOLUTION:
1. Check all air hose connections.
2. Check for damaged air hoses or hose kinks.
3. Check that filters are clean.
If none of the above:
4. Contact O2 Innovations® to check the internal air hoses. 
5. Contact O2 Innovations® about refilling the sieve.

PROBLEM:
Low oxygen flow

SOLUTION:

1. Check for damaged hoses or hose kinks.
2. Check all air hose connections.
3. Check voltage of wall outlet or try an alternate outlet..
4. Check that filters are clean.
If none of the above:
5. Contact O2 Innovations® to check the internal air hoses and power cables. 
6. Contact O2 Innovations® about refilling the sieve.

PROBLEM:
Emitted oxygen produces an unpleasant odor.

SOLUTION:
1. Clean hoses. (See Page 8 of Owner's Manual)
2. Clean headset. (See Page 8 of Owner's Manual)
3. Replace mouthpiece filter. (See Page 8 of Owner's Manual)
If none of the above:
4. Contact O2 Innovations® to check the internal air hoses and power cables.

PROBLEM:
Unit making excessive noise.

SOLUTION:
1. Check voltage of wall outlet or try an alternate outlet.
2. Check for damaged hoses, hose kinks or blockage.
If none of the above:
3. Contact O2 Innovations® to check the internal air hoses and
compressor mounts.


Sieve Refilling (Zeolite Replacement)

This service your O2-B® Personal Oxygen Bar will receive brand new Zeolite and will also receive a free Quality Control Inspection ensuring the level of oxygen that it produces and that your machine is running like new.
Zeolite, which is the filter media that increases the oxygen level to 40% in your O2-B® Personal Oxygen Bar, can lose its integrity after 3 years therefore yielding a lower oxygen level. If you feel that your machine needs a once over, just to make sure it is in the best working condition, this is an excellent opportunity to have that done.
This service is only $100 and is well worth it.
